BBSM Ltd have installed and commissioned a new electrostatic filter (ESP) for the 1MW Mawera boiler, replacing a failed ESP, to help Starbank comply with their Part B emissions permit. The boiler uses wood residues from the manufacturing process to heat the factory to help Starbank to become the UK’s first carbon neutral panel manufacturer.
All of new exhaust ductwork was manufactured on site and in situ by BBSM’s coded fabrication team.
